Welcome to Amelia Elaine Cakes! Started in Raleigh, NC in 2018, when a friend nudged me to create a cake for a personal party. I had always been very creative and had a passion for baking. After receiving such positive feedback, I decided to take the leap to do this thing for real!

I am a self-taught baker who specializes in scratch-made signature and custom buttercream cakes for all occasions. I am proud to offer dairy-free, gluten-free, and fully vegan options. As someone with a dairy sensitivity and a mother with a gluten allergy, it was very important to me to be able to provide a high-quality product for everyone to enjoy!

My passion for design, event planning, and organization collides with the skill of baking to create something special for each individual client. I love cakes because they allow me to be a part of someone's special day whether it be a birthday, graduation, wedding or simply adding to a gathering of friends and family celebrating togetherness and creating memories.
